What We Do

The BIA San Bernardino County Chapter’s Government Affairs Program is dedicated to providing leadership on public policy issues that promote building quality homes for our region’s growing population. We monitor local development related regulations in 38 cities, 46 school districts, 21 water districts and numerous unincorporated communities throughout all of San Bernardino County and eastern portion of Los Angeles County. As a nationally recognized government affairs advocacy program we strive to create a regulatory climate that promotes economic growth, new home development and common sense regulations. In turn allowing more families the ability to achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
