The Building Industry Association (BIA) Baldy View Chapter is pleased to announce that Jack Simes, Acting Area Manager for the Bureau of Reclamation’s Southern California Area Office, is this year’s special guest speaker at the 12th annual San Bernardino County Water Conference. The event will take place Friday, August 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, CA.
